Senior programmer / Security researcher
This position requires skill with Delphi and (in order of preference) x86 Assembler (MASM, TASM), VB and VC.
The following skils is a MUST: reverse-engineering, binary code analysis, softice, ida, hiew, PE structure, anti-debuggers tricks, WinApi, OS internals.

Any of the following technical skills are also a plus: OllyDbg, W32Dasm, r0 drivers, polymorphic engines, VM, networks protocols.
