If you found an error and this error could be reproduced on the specific example only - please, send us ( ) unprotected application project file and a small step by step description (preferably with some screenshots). If you know an exact place where the problem occurs - insert a simple messagebox before it - it will help us to find this place in the debugger. An archive should be a zip archive with zib extension (in order to bypass our antivirus filters).

Small addition to the previous post:

Firstly we are investigating bug reports with an examples which can be easily reproduced on our side, and only after that we are trying to resolve all other issues with brief descriptions, so it really takes us a lot of time to reproduce each problem with different root cases and behaviour. So if you have an example(s) and know everything about the problem - PLEASE, submit all information you have, including:
- ASProtect version being tested,
- Compiler version being used,
- Logs taken with latest debug build (ASProtect_Debug.exe),
- Detailed behaviour description (including expected and actual behaviour)
- Tesing environment decription (OS, hyperthreading turned on/off, etc).

Thank you very much for help!

Please, try to avoid of submitting the following bug reports:
Use compiler X, build X.X.X with components X and X, located on X and X, compile it with the following makefile using options X and X.

It will really help, if you submit testable example.

If you think you have submitted all needed information, but your problem is not fixed for a long time, please - PM me for further explanations of current status rather than posting on the forum - we are working on each problem and posting updates and fixed builds as soon as possible.

Thank you for understanding.

Best Regards,
ASProtect support team
